Elly Nettleton, Co – Founder of Boost Talent

We wanted to work with a supplier who could help us achieve our accessibility ambitions & create a green website.

Chris & the team were brilliant at supporting our vision for the Boost Talent website.

He went above & beyond to ensure we met the deadlines for our launch date, we will be continuing our relationship for when we need support / updates in the future.

Ruth Bartlett, Writer, translator & neuroinclusion specialist.

Life-changing support from a digital expert with a passion for inclusion.

I have developed a late-in-life fascination for tech and wanted to fill in some of my knowledge gaps in a targeted way without going through the hassle of taking a course so I decided to look for a tech tutor. I’m so glad I found Chris! Not only is he great at explaining basic concepts to a lay person like me, he also shares my passion for accessible information and has helped me understand how tech can be used to support that aim. He is patient, good-humoured, flexible and a great communicator. I am sure Chris is already very much in demand but if you are lucky enough to have him as your mentor or tutor, you will not be disappointed. His expertise and commitment to his clients also shines through. It is rare to find a company with such a human-centred approach to digital technology. Do your customers (and your bottom line) a favour and contact Chris for “digital done right”.

Chris’s training is fantastic value for money.

He has helped us recognise simple things that we can change to improve the accessibility of our events, content and online comms – and empowered us to take action even using our limited resources.

It’s been a pleasure to work with such a helpful, patient and communicative trainer.

Andi (They / Them) - CEO at Beyond Reflections Charity.

Bnode have been fantastic to work with. From the initial concept through to delivery and beyond. We knew we needed a website which showcased our brand, was fast, easy to navigate and reduced our environmental impact. Chris helped with the design, taking our concepts, and turning them into beautiful reality. He worked closely with us throughout the process, providing us with guidance on documentation needed and helping with the setup of our Webshop.

Since launch we have seen incredible growth in organic searches and referrals. Chris meets with us regularly and provides us not just with data on SEO optimisation but advice on how we can improve our content. We are also looking forward to his SEO workshop, providing targeted training to the team on optimising our blogs.

Many times, Chris has gone above and beyond to help us out, even taking on the role of Project Manager to get the stunning new site launched on time.

The website Bnode produced for Beyond Reflections exceeded all expectations. Thank you.

ang. creative maestro extraordinaire for at the bottle.

Working with Chris has been a complete game changer for my business. Chris’ digital knowledge is just wonderful as an ethical and sustainable digital marketing guru.

Chris supported me every step of the way, from his excellent business growth services to his insightful mentoring. He helped me understand marketing laws that had before seemed as cryptic as ancient runes.

Marketing has always felt like solving a Rubik’s Cube (I can’t solve a Rubik’s Cube!), but Chris simplified it down into basic steps that I could understand. His advanced digital knowledge was conveyed in a way that left me impressed.

His marketing advice provided me with methods in place to increase the accessibility and visibility of my business. And guess what? They work!

I would recommend working with Chris to anyone, regardless of their business size or the tasks they require assistance with. You’ll get high-quality knowledge and insights given in simple English, with a dash of humour to make learning easier. Not feeling like an idiot by not knowing something is also guaranteed!

Anoushka Davy, Clinical Nutritional Therapist

I have wanted to get support with SEO for my business for a long time, and Chris came highly recommended by someone I trust. Working with Chris has been great, he has been super helpful from start to finish, very patient and explains things in an easy to understand way (I have found SEO a mind boggling at times but he really breaks it down so it doesn’t seem so overwhelming). He went above and beyond in the initial keywords research and came up with some invaluable information. Overall the service has been excellent, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bnode’s services to anyone looking for help with their SEO.

Audrey Zannese, Sophrology practitioner

I’ve come to Chris at Bnode because to help sort out my Google business account. Something on my to-do list for several years and with the upgrade to GA-4, it was the right time.

It’s been such a delight to work with Chris. To start with, he took the time to understand my needs and noted them all down. Then he carried on the project in a very effective manner, always keeping in touch and updating me on where he was at. At the end he wrote an extensive summary of all the changes with screenshots so that I can go forward using the platform.

Chris always find time to answer questions. He’s professional and personable. I’d really you recommend you get in touch with him if you need digital help.

Bnode offered a wonderful service when I was building my website. Quality, flexibility and no problem attitude were all there. I also very much like their ethical, sustainable and green stance on all things related from building the site to hosting it. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone wishing to build a website.

Imogen Spencer, TSL Kirklees: Future Creative Project Officer

Future Creative is a volunteering programme that encourages young people aged 16-24 to get involved in creative events-based volunteering. Alongside supporting the events, our volunteers can access ‘Volunteer Meets’, these are interactive workshops where they get to meet a professional in the industry and try out an activity to get an idea of the various creative roles out there.

I had seen the work that Chris had done with online inclusivity and sustainability and thought that it could be a really interesting workshop for our volunteers, and one that they hadn’t experienced before.

Many of our volunteers have additional needs and are neurodivergent so the workshop that Chris did was particularly important for them. They loved looking at Bnode’s website and seeing the accessibility tool and wondered why other organisations weren’t using the same tool as standard, as it made online life so much easier for them.

Kirsty Lucinda Allan, The IF Crowd

Chris and Bnode are a timely god-send to any socially inclusive, ethical business, entrepreneurial or community project. Chris has the most amazing nurturing manner in which he removes the stress and anxiety of understanding and applying both SEO and social media marketing. His diligent exploratory work, upbeat guidance and extraordinary sense of personal care has shown me a vastly wider and more navigable world wide web – one of opportunity for my business, helping me to reach exactly my tribe of people. Highly professional and with polished skills, his attention to detail immediately showed its value in saving on unnecessary spend and most importantly, to a growing business like mine, my time. Working with Chris feels like having a partner on side – one who wants to see his clients smiling and loving their business journey whilst knowing they are actively on the side of environmental and social awareness. As a result, I have recommended Bnode to all of my business contacts – and clients too. With stellar service delivered through compassion for our world, I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

Morgana McCabe Allan, Business and Manifestation Mentor

When we hired Bnode we had no SEO optimisation and were in the middle of a website redesign. Chris was extremely pro active, available and helpful. It’s really great that they are so conscious about UXE and in particular accessibility. Chris delivered an excellent service and really went the extra mile in explaining the changes we needed to make to optimise our website, providing a very extensive list of SEO terms and ideas for content for our new site. It will take me years to write all the posts, he brought so many ideas! It was a delight to work with someone so friendly and passionate about their work and I’ve already recommended him to some of my clients.

Helen Smith, IP Inclusive executive team.

The training highlighted the importance of making our digital content more accessible and gave us numerous tools to achieve this.

Chris was engaging and answered my many questions.

Since the training I now assess the accessibility of the documents, presentations, mailshots and web content that I create, and take steps to make them more accessible.

I’ve learnt that the small changes I make can have a big impact in enabling others to access our digital content.

Dan Pakenham-Walsh, Director of One Claims Management

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Chris for several years on many projects.

Chris is a consummate professional and undoubtedly one of the most dedicated and multi-skilled digital marketers I have met. His breadth of experience and knowledge across both legacy and contemporary digital channels stands him out in an industry full of so-called ‘gurus’.

Alongside his unwavering commitment to getting the best possible performance from a client’s digital activity, Chris’ ability to execute campaigns and projects whilst simultaneously managing them is his greatest attribute.

Kit Wei - Paid Search Specialist

I would describe working with Chris in digital marketing, like having a fun adventure. When we used to devise marketing strategies together I could see the excitement pouring out of him and when we went through challenges together I can see that excitement channelled in different ways: from intense drive to focus and creativity. In addition to this, he also has an uncanny ability to breakdown the more technical side of digital marketing and explain it in an easy to understand and fun manner.

Where Chris stands out the most to me, is the way he treats clients as his own business. We would always celebrate small successes, which over time became larger, and along the way I felt as if every conversion and every penny we generated for clients genuinely meant something to him.

I would highly recommend Chris, and personally would love to work together with him again.

Marion Jaillant, Design Manager EMEA at Standex Engraving Mold-Tech

Chris is one of the best person I have had the chance to work with.

Beyond having a great sense of humour and wearing the best ties the industry will ever see, Chris is a very dedicated and approachable person that will go above and beyond to deliver a tailored service that will always exceed customers’ expectations.

Nick Slater, Senior PPC Account Manager at Search Machines

Chris was an amazing colleague to work with.

Not only is his digital/marketing knowledge skillset deep and varied, but the commitment and care I saw him put in to drive clients the results they wanted was simply brilliant.

Beyond this, Chris has a positive spirit and generally upbeat nature that just makes it a joy to work with in projects.
